Tourism Ambassador Awards

The Oswego County Tourism Advisory Council awarded its 2015 Tourism Ambassador Hall of Fame Awards at its year-end meeting. This year’s recipients are Oswego County Legislator Jacob A. Mulcahey, District 15; Linda Middleton; and the Oswego County Snowmobile Association. Arlene Johnson was presented an award in August.

Spaghetti Dinner and
Silent Auction- 
Jan. 23

 The Cleveland Historical Society will hold its annual spaghetti dinner and silent auction on Saturday, Jan. 23 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the American Legion on state Route 49 in Cleveland. Click here for more information. 

Ruddy Well Band-
Jan. 23

 Come enjoy a finely-crafted combination of dynamic rhythms, tight harmonies, and mindful lyrics as these five acoustic instrumentalists bring their audience fun, foot-stomping Americana. Tickets are $6 at the Oswego Music Hall.

Salmon River Winter Festival-
Jan. 29-31

 Bring the family for fun throughout the village of Pulaski. The festival includes an opening reception, snowshoe walk/run, skating, sled dogs, children’s activities, vendors, refreshments and more!

 Oswego County’s rolling terrain and abundant snowfall offer outstanding skiing and snowshoeing opportunities. From the novice to the expert, thousands of skiers are challenged by over 150 miles of trails. Some areas feature groomed trails, or skiers can blaze their own trails in rural public areas such as parks and forests.
